We have our own trained housekeeping team to keep our residences, including your room, spick, and span. Because your time is way too precious for cleaning your own room.
That would be ideal. But our living spaces are designed for everyone who’s residing in them at any given point of time. So it’s easier for us to maintain a standard package with the basic amenities available to all. But there are some additional value added services that you can opt in.
That’s not how it’ll work, sorry. The common amenities are for everyone who’s residing in our living spaces. So it’s not possible to offer resident-wise customised packages. So you might as well make the best use of the standard package we offer.
Our in-house team will take care of all repairs and replacements without handing you out a bill. Though, if we find any signs of intentional damage done to our property, you will be liable to pay for the repair costs.
By paying just Rs. 5000, you can ensure that you’ll get priority access to the best rooms that are available.
If you’re a working professional, it’s three months. And if you’re a student, it’s as long as your annual academic cycle.
If you’re a close friend or a guardian, then sure. If you’re just a random FB friend, then maybe not. Either way, at the time of booking, you’ll have to enter the details of the person who’ll be staying at Virat Mansion. Once the booking is confirmed, he/she/they will have to meet the caretaker in person to carry out the KYC formalities before moving in.
Sure thing. While you’re in the process of booking a stay at our residence, just reach out to our people to share your preferred room. If it’s possible, we’ll make sure it gets assigned to you.
If you have chosen a room as your preference, we’ll try our best to assign it to you. But here’s the thing, rooms at Virat Mansion disappear like fake friends do when you need them. So the allocation of rooms is solely based on availability.

Yes, the token amount does reserve a room for you. That room will be confirmed only when you pay the non-refundable full booking amount.
But here’s the thing – beds at Virat mansion are given on a first-come-first-serve basis. If another customer completes their booking before you do, then they shall be given the room you prefer. So we strongly advise that you pay the non-refundable full booking amount at the earliest.
Yes, when you sign up with us. The deposit amount would vary anywhere between 1 – 2 months’ rent depending on the room type you choose.
Yes, it is. But you have to complete your minimum duration of stay, serve one month of notice and clear your outstanding dues.
Yup, it sure is. The security deposit is a one-time fixed amount that we charge from you in addition to the monthly rent. And it’s fully refundable after you complete minimum duration of stay. So you get the full deposit credited right back to your bank account when you decide to move out. That is, if there are no legit reasons to make deductions against any damage or rent defaults on your end.
No, you’ll have to pay the first month’s rent along with the security deposit to confirm your booking. After that, we’ll hand over the room and you can start availing our awesomest amenities right away.
It’s simple. You’ll be paying the rent for the month in advance and we expect you to pay it on or before the 3rd of every ongoing month. By paying your rent on time , you’ll avoid any penalty charges.
Unfortunately, no. Although we’d have loved to make that possible, we have maintain the standard billing cycle. So we expect you to make the rent payment on or before the 3rd of every month. And you should, unless you like paying a late payment penalty fee in addition to your monthly rent.
We calculate the rent according to the number of days you’ve spent in our residence based on your rental agreement. And in case your rental agreement starts from mid-month in the first place, the rent will be calculated only for the remaining days of the month. So it’s all done fair and square.
Your rent may increase only after your current rental agreement expires. Until then, you don’t have to worry about sudden increases in monthly rent amounts. That’s why getting long-term agreement with us makes sense for you. And when your rental agreement does expire, the increase in the rent will be made as per market standards.

So, within the walls of our professionally-managed residence, you’ll be pampered with all kinds of services and amenities. All rooms are fully ventilated and have abundant sunlight. Techinically advanced services like OTIS elevators, Heat Pump Geysers are installed. We have a Inhouse Gymnasium for providing fitness environment. Building is equipped with all advance safety and security features like Fire Hydrant system, CCTV security, Biometric access. We have a on-demand professional housekeeping, maintenance staff. Certainly not in other PGs and Hostels.
Initially flat/apartment would seem to be cheaper. But the total cost of living is higher. U have to pay for all the facilities separately e.g housekeeping, Maid, Wifi, RO water, Generator (24*7 power backup), washing machine. In PG you can just concentrate on your studies and relax without worrying about all the chores.
Whoever gets there first. If your roomie happens to move in before you do, the vacant bed will be assigned to you. Fair and simple.
As much as we’d like you to have company, we won’t be able to permit anyone to stay over at our residences without booking a room or prior document verification
If you feel Virat Mansion is not the right place for you, you’re more than welcome to cancel your booking. In case you go ahead with booking cancellation, the booking amount will not be refunded. Please understand that we could have given your room to another prospective resident, and the booking amount will partially cover the loss of the room going unoccupied

We offer single, double, and triple-sharing rooms. You can choose whichever one works for you.
Virat Mansion is equipped with multi-tier security systems, including CCTV networks, biometric access, Fire Hydrant System and other security measures. When it comes to your safety, we feel anything less, is not safe enough.
Generally, friends and visitors are not allowed to stay overnight. However there are a few exceptions. You can contact admin for getting permission.
